Na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira, 27, o ex-prefeito de Z\u00e9 Doca, Raimundo Nonato Sampaio, compareceu \u00e0 1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca, onde prestou informa\u00e7\u00f5es no inqu\u00e9rito civil que apura sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no esquema de agiotagem comandado pelo grupo de Gl\u00e1ucio Alencar Pontes Carvalho, acusado de ser um dos mandantes da morte do jornalista D\u00e9cio S\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Em depoimento \u00e0 promotora Simone Chrystine Santana Valadares, Natim (como \u00e9 conhecido o ex-prefeito) negou envolvimento no esquema de agiotagem que envolvia diversos munic\u00edpios maranhenses, inclusive Z\u00e9 Doca. O ex-gestor afirmou que apenas recebeu ajuda de Gl\u00e1ucio Alencar para a sua campanha eleitoral em 2008, no valor de R$ 100 mil. Desses, R$ 50 mil seriam a t\u00edtulo de empr\u00e9stimo e o restante como ajuda de campanha, a ser paga com o fornecimento de merenda escolar para o munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com o ex-prefeito, uma das empresas ligadas a Gl\u00e1ucio Alencar forneceu merenda escolar para o Munic\u00edpio de Z\u00e9 Doca por um per\u00edodo de pouco mais de um ano. Natim afirma que sofreu amea\u00e7as de morte ap\u00f3s rescindir o contrato, tendo em vista que a merenda escolar fornecida era de p\u00e9ssima qualidade e n\u00e3o cumpria o percentual de pelo menos 30% de produtos produzidos no pr\u00f3prio munic\u00edpio, pelo programa da agricultura familiar.<\/p>\n

De acordo com Simone Valadares, desde abril de 2012, quando assumiu a 1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Z\u00e9 Doca, j\u00e1 foram propostas 25 a\u00e7\u00f5es c\u00edveis e criminais somente contra o ex-prefeito Raimundo Nonato Sampaio. Diversos outros procedimentos administrativos e inqu\u00e9ritos civis sobre desvios de verbas do er\u00e1rio por agentes p\u00fablicos continuam em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na promotoria.<\/p>\n
