C\u00e2mara aprovou redu\u00e7\u00e3o da maioridade penal para crimes hediondos, homic\u00eddio doloso e les\u00e3o corporal seguida de morte<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dos 18 deputados federais maranhenses, 11 votaram a favor da\u00a0redu\u00e7\u00e3o da maioridade penal de 18 para 16 anos\u00a0nos casos de\u00a0crimes hediondos (estupro, sequestro, latroc\u00ednio, homic\u00eddio qualificado e outros), homic\u00eddio doloso e les\u00e3o corporal seguida de morte. A proposta foi aprovada pela C\u00e2mara Federal por 323 votos a favor e 155 contra, em sess\u00e3o que s\u00f3 foi encerrada na madrugada de hoje, em meio a intensa mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0dos que defendem a mudan\u00e7a e dos que a rejeitam.<\/p>\n

Victor Mendes (PV) foi\u00a0o \u00fanico\u00a0parlamentar maranhense \u00e0 faltar \u00e0 vota\u00e7\u00e3o da PEC da Maioridade Penal. Ao justificar a aus\u00eancia, ele\u00a0alegou motivo de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n
