Foi eleito relator o deputado Cl\u00e9ber Verde (PRB-MA).<\/p>\n<p>Segundo Fernandes, sua miss\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de intermediar o debate. &#8220;Quanto maior o debate, melhor. Vamos ouvir todas opini\u00f5es, toda a sociedade civil para montarmos uma proposta que seja boa para o ensino superior do Brasil&#8221;, disse o presidente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pol\u00eamica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A PEC 395\/14, de autoria do deputado Alex Canziani (PTB-PR), tem o objetivo \u00e9 excluir do princ\u00edpio constitucional da gratuidade as atividades de extens\u00e3o caracterizadas como cursos de treinamento e aperfei\u00e7oamento, assim como os cursos de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A cobran\u00e7a por cursos foi contestada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, em a\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 no Supremo Tribunal Federal desde 2009. A Universidade Federal de Goi\u00e1s foi questionada quanto \u00e0 cobran\u00e7a da taxa de matr\u00edcula. Na \u00e9poca, o ent\u00e3o ministro do STF Menezes Direito recomendava a mudan\u00e7a da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 o que o parlamentar busca pela presente PEC quanto \u00e0s atividades de extens\u00e3o das universidades p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bras\u00edlia &#8211;
