A Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho determinou o bloqueio dos cr\u00e9ditos da empresa Absoluta Seguran\u00e7a Privada Ltda nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (08). Ao analisar o pedido de antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de tutelar movido pelo Sindicato dos Vigilantes e Empregados em Empresas de Seguran\u00e7a, Vigil\u00e2ncia e Transportes de Valores do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o, o juiz Carlos Evangelista Batista dos Santos decidiu determinar a suspens\u00e3o do repasse que deveria ser feito este m\u00eas pelo Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds \u00e0 empresa.<\/p>\n

O Sindicato dos Vigilantes alega que os sal\u00e1rios dos trabalhadores est\u00e3o atrasados h\u00e1 tr\u00eas meses. Pediu que o pagamento fosse feito diretamente pelo munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds. <\/p>\n

O juiz determinou ainda a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 empresa para que contesta\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos alegados e para que a mesma apresente comprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos pagamentos feitos nos meses de janeiro, fevereiro e mar\u00e7o.
