{"id":27451,"date":"2015-10-14T15:25:35","date_gmt":"2015-10-14T18:25:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=27451"},"modified":"2015-10-14T15:25:35","modified_gmt":"2015-10-14T18:25:35","slug":"tj-interpela-deputado-fernando-furtado-por-ofensas-a-corte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/tj-interpela-deputado-fernando-furtado-por-ofensas-a-corte\/","title":{"rendered":"TJ interpela deputado Fernando Furtado por ofensas \u00e0 corte"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_27452\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27452\" style=\"width: 448px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2015\/10\/fernando-furtado.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2015\/10\/fernando-furtado.jpg\" alt=\"Fernando Furtado ter\u00e1 que esclarecer suposta propina a genro de desembargador\" width=\"448\" height=\"245\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27452\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fernando Furtado ter\u00e1 que esclarecer suposta propina a genro de desembargador<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>O \u00d3rg\u00e3o Especial do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o (TJMA), com base no artigo 144 do C\u00f3digo Penal, decidiu, por unanimidade, que o deputado estadual Fernando Furtado seja interpelado judicialmente pela Procuradoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a e pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados do Maranh\u00e3o (AMMA).<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o do colegiado acolheu proposi\u00e7\u00e3o do desembargador Joaquim Figueiredo, que ressaltou a necessidade de o deputado prestar explica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a den\u00fancia em que afirmou ter presenciado, em um posto de combust\u00edvel de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, o pagamento de propina a um genro de desembargador, com o objetivo de retornar ao cargo prefeito cassado por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o do parlamentar ocorreu durante audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica realizada em S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o do Caru, quando afirmou em seu pronunciamento que alguns deputados tinham tr\u00e2nsito no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a para negociar a volta de prefeitos ao cargo pelos valores de R$100 e 200 mil.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o artigo 144 do C\u00f3digo Penal, \u201crefer\u00eancias, alus\u00f5es ou frases que inferem cal\u00fania, difama\u00e7\u00e3o ou inj\u00faria, quem se julga ofendido pode pedir explica\u00e7\u00f5es em ju\u00edzo.
