A transa\u00e7\u00e3o teria resultado no assassinato do empres\u00e1rio Margeon Lanyere Ferreira Andrade, na sexta-feira, 14.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o corregedor, a ju\u00edza titular da comarca, Teresa Cristina Mendes, realizou inspe\u00e7\u00e3o recente no cart\u00f3rio de Ribamar e elabora o relat\u00f3rio desse trabalho. Guerreiro J\u00fanior destaca que, independente do que apontar o relat\u00f3rio, ultimou medidas administrativas t\u00e3o logo tomou conhecimento do crime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQuem tiver culpa vai ter que pagar, se o cart\u00f3rio ou um de seus servidores. Quero tudo apurado. Conversei com o secret\u00e1rio de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Alu\u00edsio Azevedo, e pedi que o \u00f3rg\u00e3o apresse as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e a conclus\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito\u201d, disse Guerreiro J\u00fanior.<\/p>\n<p>O corregedor tamb\u00e9m fez contato com o superintendente de Pol\u00edcia Civil da capital, delegado Sebasti\u00e3o Uchoa, que cuida do caso. Falei a ele que a sociedade espera rapidez no esclarecimento do crime.<\/p>\n<p>O delegado revelou ao corregedor, com base em evid\u00eancias, que o objetivo de Elias Orlando Nunes Filho era o de se apropriar do terreno que havia vendido \u00e0 v\u00edtima, e repass\u00e1-lo a outro comprador, ainda n\u00e3o identificado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O crime<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lanyere foi executado pelo seu pr\u00f3prio caseiro, Robert Sousa, a mando do corretor de im\u00f3veis Elias Orlando Nunes Filho. Os dois foram presos e ficou constatado que Elias vendeu o terreno para a v\u00edtima por R$ 20 mil e, em seguida, teria revendido o im\u00f3vel a outras duas pessoas, conseguindo a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, de forma fraudulenta, no cart\u00f3rio de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Ribamar.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 envolvido no crime Alex Nascimento dos Santos, foragido. Os dois teriam recebido R$ 15 mil pela morte do empres\u00e1rio, que era dono de uma casa de material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea do Ara\u00e7agi.
