De resto, o bairro, cuja entrada \u00e9 margeada pela Avenida S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Rei de Fran\u00e7a, \u00e9 cercado por problemas comuns \u00e0 pobre periferia. Assaltos, buraqueira, lix\u00f5es e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica deficientes s\u00e3o alguns dos problemas que afligem os moradores, gente abastada, mas que s\u00f3 tem luxo e seguran\u00e7a (esta, nem sempre) dentro de casa.
