Wellington afirmou que \u00e9 essencial que o direito \u00e0 livre manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o seja assegurado, mas pautado na seguran\u00e7a e na pacifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Em\u00a0pronunciamento na \u00faltima quarta-feira (09), o deputado estadual Wellington do Curso (PPS) refor\u00e7ou o pedido de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Planejamento e Acompanhamento das Manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es, demonstrando preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o quanto aos atos do Movimento \u201cPr\u00f3-impeachment\u201d, que acontecer\u00e1 no dia 13. O motivo da preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do parlamentar faz refer\u00eancia ao ocorrido no \u00faltimo epis\u00f3dio das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, que resultou em atos de vandalismo e viol\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Ao refor\u00e7ar o pedido de acompanhamento das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es por parte do estado, o deputado Wellington afirmou que \u00e9 essencial que o direito \u00e0 livre manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o seja assegurado, pautando-se na seguran\u00e7a e na pacifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

\u201cIndo na contram\u00e3o do que nossa Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal assegura, o direito \u00e0 livre manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de pensamento ainda enfrenta aquilo que se pode compreender como censura. Quem afirma isso n\u00e3o sou eu, mas a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Os cidad\u00e3os que, ao exercerem um direito que lhes \u00e9 assegurado, encontraram atos de viol\u00eancia como respostas. Eis um cen\u00e1rio que nos preocupa, principalmente ante as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que acontecer\u00e3o no pr\u00f3ximo dia 13. Vivemos em um Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito e \u00e9 essencial que respeitemos as ideologias distintas, ainda que plenamente contr\u00e1rias ao que pensamos. Recebemos in\u00fameros relatos sobre as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que ocorreram no \u00faltimo dia 05, den\u00fancias de trabalhadores que foram t\u00e3o somente reivindicar, ou seja, n\u00e3o cometeram il\u00edcito algum, o que, pela l\u00f3gica penalista, deveria impedir que sobre eles fosse imposto alguma postura coercitiva. No entanto, n\u00e3o foi isso que ocorreu. Eis o motivo da nossa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o. Por entendermos que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel sim que haja manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es pac\u00edficas, mais uma vez, solicitamos o acompanhamento das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es por parte do Estado, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, n\u00e3o de forma coercitiva, mas de forma asseguradora de direitos\u201d, afirmou o deputado Wellington.<\/p>\n

Essa n\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez em que o deputado Wellington sugere ao Governo a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Acompanhamento de Manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es no Maranh\u00e3o, objetivando garantir o livre exerc\u00edcio dos direitos. Indo ao encontro de tal solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, o parlamentar mencionou, ainda, alguns depoimentos de pessoas que o procuraram e denunciaram alguns dos fatos ocorridos durante as \u00faltimas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
