F\u00f3rum de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Mateus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dois engenheiros do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o est\u00e3o em S\u00e3o Mateus, vistoriando o desabamento de parte do\u00a0 telhado do Sal\u00e3o do J\u00fari do F\u00f3rum local, ocorrido na noite de quarta-feira (23). O sal\u00e3o do j\u00fari est\u00e1 interditado e oper\u00e1rios j\u00e1 trabalham no local, substituindo o material avariado.<\/p>\n

Um fiscal e um perito da Diretoria de Engenharia do TJMA est\u00e3o avaliando as circunst\u00e2ncias do acidente e inspecionando o restante da estrutura de sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o da cobertura do pr\u00e9dio que est\u00e1 intacta. Ser\u00e1 emitido um laudo t\u00e9cnico para a presid\u00eancia do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, a fim de que sejam apuradas as responsabilidades pelo acidente.<\/p>\n

Ao saber da ocorr\u00eancia, o desembargador Jamil Gedeon, presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, que se encontra no interior do Estado em viagem de trabalho nas comarcas, disse que tomou as provid\u00eancias administrativas para investigar a responsabilidade pelo acidente, vez que a obra de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do f\u00f3rum e do Sal\u00e3o do J\u00fari foi conclu\u00edda em novembro.<\/p>\n

O desembargador disse estar \u201cindignado\u201d com o acontecimento. \u201cN\u00e3o houve v\u00edtimas, felizmente, apenas danos materiais, mas essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 inadmiss\u00edvel. Vamos aguardar o laudo t\u00e9cnico sobre o acidente e t\u00e3o logo seja conclu\u00eddo tomaremos as medidas cab\u00edveis quanto \u00e0 responsabilidade pelo acidente\u201d, disse, pelo telefone, \u00e0 Assessoria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Presid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Segundo o diretor de engenharia do TJMA, Antonio Jos\u00e9 Lago, o desabamento aconteceu devido ao rompimento das \u201ctesouras\u201d, pe\u00e7as de madeira em forma de tri\u00e2ngulo que, unidas, d\u00e3o sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cobertura da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, que n\u00e3o teriam suportado o peso. \u201cAs causas est\u00e3o sendo apuradas\u201d, informou.<\/p>\n
