Astro de Ogum foi considerado pela segunda vez o vereador mais atuante de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Pela segunda vez consecutiva, o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, vereador Astro de Ogum (PR), foi escolhido pelo Instituto Tiradentes, com sede em Vi\u00e7osa (MG), para receber a homenagem com o pr\u00eamio de vereador mais atuante do munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Entre os parlamentares foram indicados, este ano, os vereadores Astro de Ogum (PR), Josu\u00e9 Pinheiro (PSDB) e Rose Sales (PMB), respectivamente, em segundo e terceiro lugares. Em 2015 a ordem foi Astro de Ogum em primeiro lugar, seguido de Rose Sales e F\u00e1bio C\u00e2mara (PMDB).<\/p>\n

Os vereadores mais atuantes do Brasil em seus munic\u00edpios foram eleitos para receber a \u201cMedalha Tiradentes \u2013 Colar de Ouro\u201d. Para obter esse resultado, o Instituo realizou uma pr\u00e9-sele\u00e7\u00e3o em toda regi\u00e3o Norte\/Nordeste, por meio de uma pesquisa de opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica, por amostragem, via consultas telef\u00f4nicas, no per\u00edodo de 03 a 27 de fevereiro, fazendo uso do Sistema Sentio.<\/p>\n

Essa metodologia consta de uma pergunta em todos os munic\u00edpios com o nome de todos os vereadores para o cidad\u00e3o escolher pelo pr\u00f3prio telefone o parlamentar mais atuante.<\/p>\n

Para garantir a lisura do processo, o Instituto Tiradentes possui um banco de dados com mais de cento e vinte (120) milh\u00f5es de telefones de todo Brasil. Dependendo da quantidade de habitantes de cada munic\u00edpio \u2013 Probabilidade Proporcional ao Tamanho-IBGE, s\u00e3o sorteados pelo computador entre setenta mil a quinhentos mil n\u00fameros de telefones para fazerem parte da pesquisa, objetivando sempre que os resultados representem a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00e3o tenho feito nada mais do que desempenhar o meu papel de vereador, representando a nossa popula\u00e7\u00e3o, dentro de nossas limita\u00e7\u00f5es, o que tem correspondido a atender as demandas que me s\u00e3o apresentadas\u201d, foi o que disse Astro de Ogum ao ser perguntado qual o significado dessa homenagem.
