Honorato diz que a Cemar est\u00e1 instalando postes de forma irregular na Avenida dos Africanos<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O vereador Honorato Fernandes (PT) utilizou, na manh\u00e3 da segunda-feira, 16, a tribuna da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds para fazer den\u00fancias e cobrar do poder p\u00fablico provid\u00eancias no que diz respeito a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o urban\u00edstica da cidade de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n

A primeira den\u00fancia tratava dos pontos de lixo que tem se espalhado pelos quatro cantos da cidade, problema cuja causa Honorato atribuiu, tanto \u00e0 falta de mecanismos do poder p\u00fablico, quanto a falta de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental por parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

\u201cTodos os dias passo pelo retorno do Olho D\u00b4\u00e1gua que d\u00e1 acesso ao Turu e observo, nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es, um terreno abandonado, que, diariamente, amanhece limpo, mas no per\u00edodo da noite se transforma em um verdadeiro lix\u00e3o. Uma realidade comum em diversas regi\u00f5es da cidade, por conta da falta de consci\u00eancia ecol\u00f3gica da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e da falta de mecanismos mais eficientes no processo de limpeza da cidade. Por isso, pe\u00e7o ao secret\u00e1rio da SEMOSP, Ant\u00f4nio Ara\u00fajo, uma aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial para os mais de 200 pontos de lixo espalhados por S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds\u201d, afirmou o vereador, denunciando um lix\u00e3o localizado no retorno do Olho D\u00b4\u00e1gua que d\u00e1 acesso ao Turu.<\/p>\n

A segunda den\u00fancia feita pelo parlamentar se referia a uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o que a Cemar vem realizando na avenida dos Africanos. De acordo com o vereador, a companhia vem instalando postes ao longo da via de forma irregular, sem levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o os aspectos urban\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n

\u201cPe\u00e7o uma aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial tamb\u00e9m ao secret\u00e1rio de urbanismo, Diogo Diniz, com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a avenida dos Africanos, onde a Cemar tem instalado postes ao longo de toda a via. O problema \u00e9 que a instala\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo realizada de forma irregular, sem levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o os aspectos urban\u00edsticos, uma vez que os postes est\u00e3o sendo instalados no meio da ciclovia, obstruindo a passagem dos pedestres\u201d, finalizou Honorato.<\/p>\n

Esta foi a segunda vez que o vereador Honorato Fernandes subiu \u00e0 tribuna para denunciar o problema da avenida dos Africanos.
