O promotor de justi\u00e7a Luiz Gonzaga Martins Coelho foi escolhido pelo governador Fl\u00e1vio Dino como o novo procurador-geral de justi\u00e7a do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o. O novo gestor estar\u00e1 \u00e0 frente da institui\u00e7\u00e3o pelo bi\u00eanio 2016-2018.<\/p>\n

Luiz Gonzaga, que ocupa atualmente o cargo de diretor-geral da Procuradoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a, figurou na lista tr\u00edplice elaborada a partir da elei\u00e7\u00e3o realizada no dia 16 de maio. Votaram procuradores e promotores de justi\u00e7a que atuam em todo o Maranh\u00e3o, em sess\u00f5es eleitorais localizadas em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Imperatriz e Timon. Compuseram a lista, tamb\u00e9m, os promotores Jos\u00e9 Augusto Cutrim Gomes e Justino da Silva Guimar\u00e3es.<\/p>\n

A posse do novo procurador-geral de justi\u00e7a est\u00e1 marcada para o dia 15 de junho.<\/p>\n

Perfil<\/strong><\/p>\n

Luiz Gonzaga Martins Coelho ingressou no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o em 3 de janeiro de 1994, como promotor de justi\u00e7a substituto. Foi titularizado na Comarca de Olho D’\u00c1gua das Cunh\u00e3s, de onde foi promovido, por merecimento, para a 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Presidente Dutra.<\/p>\n

Em maio de 1998, foi promovido para a 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Timon, mais uma vez pelo crit\u00e9rio de merecimento. O promotor foi titular, ainda, de promotorias nas Comarcas de Caxias e Bacabal. Desta \u00faltima foi promovido, em 2012, para S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds. Na capital, ocupa a 28\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a Especializada, com atribui\u00e7\u00f5es na \u00e1rea da inf\u00e2ncia e juventude.<\/p>\n

Luiz Gonzaga Coelho tamb\u00e9m foi presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o, no per\u00edodo de 2004 a 2007.<\/p>\n
