Professores vinham fazendo blitze em escolas para tentar aumentar ades\u00e3o \u00e0 greve<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Em decis\u00e3o proferida no final da manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira, o desembargador Lourival Serejo ordenou o fim da greve de professores da rede municipal de ensino de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, iniciada no \u00faltimo dia 25. O magistrado entendeu que o movimento n\u00e3o atende todos os pr\u00e9-requisitos legais, uma vez que a Prefeitura se mostra disposta a negociar com a classe docente.<\/p>\n

Lourival Serejo fixou multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 10 mil ao Sindicato dos Profissionais do Magist\u00e9rio da Rede P\u00fablica Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds (Sindeduca\u00e7\u00e3o) em caso de descumprimento da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A A\u00e7\u00e3o Declarat\u00f3ria com\u00a0Obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de Fazer que pediu o fim da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o foi interposta pelo Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Luis contra a\u00a0entidade sindical.<\/p>\n

Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ao julgar\u00a0uma segunda A\u00e7\u00e3o Declarat\u00f3ria, o desembargador decidiu\u00a0por uma audi\u00eancia de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o entre as partes, a ser realizada no dia 2 de junho, quinta-feira, \u00e0s 16h, em seu\u00a0gabinete, a portas\u00a0fechada.<\/p>\n

Em contato com o Sindeduca\u00e7\u00e3o, por telefone, o blog foi informado que a entidade j\u00e1 fora notificada da ordem\u00a0judicial e que a diretoria anunciar\u00e1, nas pr\u00f3ximas horas, que posi\u00e7\u00e3o tomar\u00e1 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
