alt=\"whatsapp volta\" width=\"336\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a>O presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal, ministro Ricardo Lewandowski, suspendeu decis\u00e3o do ju\u00edzo da 2\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de Duque de Caxias (RJ) para restabelecer imediatamente o servi\u00e7o de mensagens do aplicativo WhatsApp. Segundo o ministro, a suspens\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o aparentemente viola o preceito fundamental da liberdade de express\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (artigo 5\u00ba, inciso IX, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal) e a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o de reg\u00eancia sobre a mat\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n<p>A liminar foi deferida na Argui\u00e7\u00e3o de Descumprimento de Preceito Fundamental (ADPF) 403, ajuizada em maio deste ano pelo Partido Popular Socialista (PPS), originalmente contra decis\u00e3o do juiz da Vara Criminal de Lagarto (SE) que bloqueou o aplicativo.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, o partido, por meio de peti\u00e7\u00e3o, informou a ocorr\u00eancia de nova ordem judicial no mesmo sentido, desta vez do ju\u00edzo da 2\u00aa Vara Criminal de Duque de Caxias, e requereu a imediata suspens\u00e3o daquela
