Essas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es utilizaram recursos do Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Fundeb).<\/p>\n<p>Em 2010, foram mais de R$ 446 mil gastos irregularmente, sem o devido o processo licitat\u00f3rio, de acordo com an\u00e1lise realizada pelo Tribunal de Contas dos Munic\u00edpios do Maranh\u00e3o (TCM\/MA).<\/p>\n<p>Pela documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas apresentada pelo munic\u00edpio, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel identificar cerca de 14 ordens de pagamento emitidas a credores com dispensa indevida de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, tendo inclusive o pr\u00f3prio prefeito assinado v\u00e1rios dos cheques.<\/p>\n<p>O MPF aguarda o recebimento da den\u00fancia pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRF1), em Bras\u00edlia.
