O secret\u00e1rio de Estado de Infraestrutura, Max Barros, informou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (17), que a obra da Via Expressa n\u00e3o acarretar\u00e1 qualquer dano \u00e0 Igreja de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Batista, no Vinhais Velho, que \u00e9 tombada pelo Patrim\u00f4nio Hist\u00f3rico Estadual. \u201cEstamos tomando todos os cuidados necess\u00e1rios. Contratamos um escrit\u00f3rio de arqueologia, que est\u00e1 acompanhando todos os passos do processo\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n

Secret\u00e1rio Max Barros mostra tra\u00e7ado da Via Expressa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio, a avenida passar\u00e1 a uma dist\u00e2ncia de 100m da Igreja. Al\u00e9m disso, o pr\u00e9dio ser\u00e1 beneficiado com um largo que ser\u00e1 edificado na \u00e1rea existente em frente ao templo, para uso e divers\u00e3o da comunidade.<\/p>\n

Max Barros informou ainda que apenas oito im\u00f3veis est\u00e3o no tra\u00e7ado da Via Expressa. Destes, dois j\u00e1 est\u00e3o desocupados e os outros seis est\u00e3o em processo de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com o Governo do Estado.<\/p>\n

Obra<\/strong><\/p>\n

Com investimentos de mais de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es, a Via Expressa \u00e9 uma das obras constru\u00eddas pelo governo para marcar a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o dos 400 anos de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e beneficiar\u00e1 300 mil habitantes em diversos bairros de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds. O projeto prev\u00ea a liga\u00e7\u00e3o da Avenida Colares Moreira – passando pela Carlos Cunha – \u00e0 Daniel de La Touche, na altura do Ipase. A nova avenida ter\u00e1 cerca de 9 km de extens\u00e3o, passando por mais de 20 bairros.<\/p>\n

De acordo com estudos da Sinfra, a via deve atrair pelo menos 30% do total de ve\u00edculos que hoje trafegam pela Jer\u00f4nimo de Albuquerque, entre os Elevados da Cohama e o do Trabalhador, o que vai contribuir para desafogar o tr\u00e2nsito na \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n

A nova avenida interligar\u00e1 os Bairros Cohafuma, Vinhais e Maranh\u00e3o Novo, por meio de al\u00e7as acopladas \u00e0s vias j\u00e1 existentes, que ser\u00e3o especialmente restauradas para a garantia de melhor fluxo de tr\u00e1fego.<\/p>\n
