Ex-prefeito Gilberto Aroso foi preso em mar\u00e7o deste ano por fraude em licita\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0quando prefeito de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar e ainda assim quer voltar ao cargo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE-MA) notificou o candidato a prefeito de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar pelo PRB, Gilberto Aroso, e o seu vice, Jorge Maru (DEM), sobre a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o de ambos pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral. Gilberto ter\u00e1 que apresentar defesa \u00e0s graves acusa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pela\u00a0promotora Gabriela Brand\u00e3o Tavernard, sob pena de ser exclu\u00eddo da disputa.<\/p>\n

A impugna\u00e7\u00e3o da candidatura de Gilberto Aroso \u00e9 fundamentada nas condena\u00e7\u00f5es impostas a ele\u00a0por atos de improbidade administrativa cometidos no exerc\u00edcio do cargo de prefeito de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar, entre 2004 e 2008, que o levaram, inclusive, a ser preso no Complexo Penitenci\u00e1rio de Pedrinhas, em mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n

Na impugna\u00e7\u00e3o, a\u00a0promotora cita duas a\u00e7\u00f5es penais e uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de improbidade nas quais Gilberto Aroso figura como r\u00e9u. As tr\u00eas foram ajuizadas na 1\u00aa Vara de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar e em todas ele foi condenado. Em uma delas, a condena\u00e7\u00e3o se deu em primeiro e segundo graus. Nas demais, em primeiro grau. Para tentar continuar no p\u00e1reo, o candidato interp\u00f4s recursos junto ao TRE, que agora\u00a0ser\u00e3o julgados.<\/p>\n

Disposto a retomar\u00a0o\u00a0comando da\u00a0Prefeitura de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar, Gilberto Aroso, em meio \u00e0s duas condena\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e0 pris\u00e3o em Pedrinhas e aos mais de 50 processos que responde, ter\u00e1 que ser muito convincente para manter sua candidatura pela via judicial.<\/p>\n
