O resultado confirma\u00a0o enfraquecimento progressivo dos m\u00e9todos de conquista\u00a0do poder e do modelo de gest\u00e3o em pr\u00e1tica no Maranh\u00e3o a partir da ascens\u00e3o do comunista Fl\u00e1vio Dino ao governo.<\/p>\n<p>O povo disse n\u00e3o \u00e0 continuidade de um gestor desacreditado, desqualificado pelo p\u00edfio desempenho \u00e0 frente do Munic\u00edpio e pelas alian\u00e7as que cultivou e deram suporte \u00e0 sua mal avaliada administra\u00e7\u00e3o.
