Presidente da C\u00e2mara, Branco da Farm\u00e1cia, desapareceu, impedindo leitura da den\u00fancia contra Chico Gomes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

N\u00e3o foi desta vez que a den\u00fancia de fraude em licita\u00e7\u00e3o para compra de combust\u00edveis que pode levar \u00e0 cassa\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0prefeito Chico Gomes (PDT), derrotado nas urnas no \u00faltimo dia 2, foi recebida pela C\u00e2mara Municipal de Viana. Por decis\u00e3o judicial, a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o deveria ter sido lida em plen\u00e1rio nesta\u00a0ter\u00e7a-feira,\u00a0que n\u00e3o ocorreu porque o presidente da Casa, vereador Neilson Muniz Gomes, o Branco da Farm\u00e1cia (PSDC), n\u00e3o compareceu \u00e0 sess\u00e3o e n\u00e3o foi localizado.<\/p>\n

Pelo regimento da C\u00e2mara Municipal, cabe ao presidente apresentar den\u00fancia contra o prefeito\u00a0para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o dos demais vereadores. Com\u00a0a aus\u00eancia, n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel fazer a leitura para que o\u00a0Legislativo decidisse pela\u00a0aceita\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. At\u00e9 onde se sabe, Branco, que foi reeleito na coliga\u00e7\u00e3o que teve Chico Gomes como candidato majorit\u00e1rio, continua desaparecido e incomunic\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Quanto \u00e0 acusa\u00e7\u00e3o que pesa sobre o prefeito, consta que em 2013, primeiro ano do seu mandato, ele fraudou uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o para compra de combust\u00edvel com o intuito de favorecer um posto de revenda local (veja no post abaixo) ou clique aqui<\/a>.<\/p>\n
