Municipal aprovou, por unanimidade, requerimento de autoria da vereadora Luciana Mendes (PP), pedindo que a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds &#8211; por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes (SMMT) \u2013 inclua o percentual 25% sobre as permiss\u00f5es de t\u00e1xi, autorizadas pela Lei Municipal n\u00ba 248, de 2013.<\/p>\n<p>No pedido encaminhado pela Mesa Diretora da C\u00e2mara Municipal ao prefeito Edivaldo Holanda J\u00fanior (PDT) e ao secret\u00e1rio municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes, Canind\u00e9 Barros, a vereadora Luciana Mendes esclarece que o artigo 12 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 248, de 2013, garante o benef\u00edcio aos taxistas de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo Luciana, a lei diz que \u201ca libera\u00e7\u00e3o de permiss\u00f5es para o preenchimento de novas vagas obedecer\u00e1 a conveni\u00eancia e discricionariedade da municipalidade, bem como os seguintes crit\u00e9rios de proporcionalidade: 25% obrigatoriamente para empresas e 75% obrigatoriamente para profissionais aut\u00f4nomos.<\/p>\n<p>A Lei diz ainda que \u201co profissional aut\u00f4nomo n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 obter mais de uma permiss\u00e3o e, para constituir empresas permission\u00e1rias, ter\u00e1 de possuir, no m\u00ednimo, 3 permiss\u00f5es cadastradas, corrigindo injusti\u00e7as, erros, omiss\u00f5es e distor\u00e7\u00f5es, de modo a
