No \u00faltimo dia 30, o governador Fl\u00e1vio Dino promoveu 455 militares no estado. At\u00e9 a\u00ed, tudo bem, se n\u00e3o fosse o esquecimento ou injusti\u00e7a cometidos contra o major Brand\u00e3o. Brand\u00e3o \u00e9 o major mais antigo em exerc\u00edcio, o que, pelo crit\u00e9rio de antiguidade, o capacita \u00e0\u00a0promo\u00e7\u00e3o a tenente-coronel desde meados de 2016.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o se sabe, tamb\u00e9m, se a n\u00e3o promo\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal do major tem cunho pol\u00edtico ou pessoal. E isso foi quebrado com esse grande n\u00famero de promo\u00e7\u00f5es.
