Tema, que garantiu elei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Famem, entre aliados, entre eles o deputado federal Jos\u00e9 Reinaldo Tavares<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O prefeito de Tuntum, Cleomar Tema (PSB), j\u00e1 conseguiu a elei\u00e7\u00e3o para a presid\u00eancia da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (Famem). Faltando pouco minutos para as 13 horas, ele j\u00e1 foi votado por 90 colegas. Como concorre em chapa \u00fanica, precisava de 50 por cento mais um do col\u00e9gio eleitoral.<\/p>\n

S\u00e3o 145 prefeitos aptos a\u00a0votar. Nesse caso, ele necessitaria de pouco mais de 70 votos para garantir a vit\u00f3ria. Ainda hoje, o desembargador Raimundo Melo rejeitou o recurso interposto pela prefeita de Ros\u00e1rio, Irlaih Moraes, que tentou concorrer cometendo uma s\u00e9rie de irregularidades, inclusive falsificando assinaturas de colegas prefeitos.<\/p>\n

Com um embasamento jur\u00eddico tosco e sem qualquer fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Irlaih recorreu tentando adiar a elei\u00e7\u00e3o. Perdeu na primeira e na segunda inst\u00e2ncias, demonstrando que sua banca de advogados \u00e9 prim\u00e1ria e desprovida de tecnicidade.
