Diaz defende que todos os advogados tenham direito de participar com igualdade de condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ap\u00f3s receber diversos ataques por querer participar de licita\u00e7\u00f5es no interior do estado (o que \u00e9 leg\u00edtimo a qualquer cidad\u00e3o), o presidente da OAB, Thiago Diaz, resolveu se manifestar. Em texto postado nas redes sociais o presidente Diaz defende que todos tenham direito de participar com igualdade de condi\u00e7\u00f5es das licita\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, e que qualquer cidad\u00e3o \u00e9 leg\u00edtimo para solicitar editais e participar dos certames, afirmando que “\u00e9 da ess\u00eancia do processo licitat\u00f3rio a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os interessados, sob pena de subverter-se a l\u00f3gica moral e jur\u00eddica”.<\/p>\n

O que Diaz defende, e deveria ser \u00f3bvio para a sociedade, \u00e9 que as licita\u00e7\u00f5es observem os princ\u00edpios da publicidade, impessoalidade e moralidade. Entretanto, este n\u00e3o costuma ser o caminho trilhado no Maranh\u00e3o, onde Diaz vem sendo criticado pelo simples fato de querer, o que \u00e9 leg\u00edtimo a todos, participar de certames licitat\u00f3rios.
\nAo que se constata o crime praticado pelo presidente da OAB, que vem sendo perseguido de diversas maneiras, \u00e9 ousar tentar quebrar o monop\u00f3lio de um min\u00fasculo grupo de advogados que, h\u00e1 anos, faz conluio para ganhar licita\u00e7\u00f5es no interior do Estado.<\/p>\n

Vivemos tempos em que os malfeitores sentem-se ofendidos quando algu\u00e9m defende a legalidade, a moralidade e a igualdade, preceitos que parecem cada vez mais em desuso em nosso estado.<\/p>\n

E a caixa de pandora foi aberta, pois Diaz postou nas redes sociais uma enorme lista de licita\u00e7\u00f5es que ir\u00e3o ocorrer para a \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica nos pr\u00f3ximos meses, o que, com certeza ir\u00e1 incomodar alguns, mas sem d\u00favida beneficia todos os advogados do estado, dando a estes a possibilidade de participarem das licita\u00e7\u00f5es de seus interesses.
