Situada entre os munic\u00edpios de S\u00e3o Bernardo e Arai\u00f3ses (MA), a Fazenda Bacuri\/Magu tem \u00e1rea registrada de 2.699,3850 hectares e \u00e1rea medida de 3.270,6521. Ela ser\u00e1 usada para reforma agr\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>A Procuradoria Federal no Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (PF\/MA) e a Procuradoria Federal Especializada junto ao Instituto (PFE\/Incra) esclareceram que o im\u00f3vel foi vistoriado com base na Lei n\u00ba 8.629\/93. De acordo com os dados colhidos, ele n\u00e3o atingiu os \u00edndices m\u00ednimos de produtividade e foi classificado como propriedade improdutiva, ficando suscept\u00edvel \u00e0 desapropria\u00e7\u00e3o para fins de reforma agr\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Os procuradores afirmaram que o atraso na publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Decreto Presidencial que delimita e discrimina o im\u00f3vel traria preju\u00edzos sociais e econ\u00f4micos \u00e0s fam\u00edlias que esperam pela implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do assentamento no im\u00f3vel, al\u00e9m de agravar a tens\u00e3o social na regi\u00e3o.
