A A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica havia sido proposta em 27 de mar\u00e7o pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a Simone Chrystine Santana Valadares, titular da Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Igarap\u00e9 Grande.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, o prefeito teria aberto empresas em nome de funcion\u00e1rios de sua confian\u00e7a, visando participar de licita\u00e7\u00f5es no munic\u00edpio. Segundo a promotora Simone Valadares, os funcion\u00e1rios da prefeitura \u201cemprestavam\u201d seus nomes para a abertura das empresas em troca de aumentos salariais consider\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Uma dessas empresas, a V.P. Soares, voltada para o fornecimento de g\u00eaneros aliment\u00edcios, ganhou, em 2011, uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o, no valor de mais de R$ 1,2 milh\u00e3o, para abastecer as Secretarias Municipais. J\u00e1 a Construtora D.V. Ltda. realizava obras de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas vicinais sem realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de licita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m do pedido liminar de afastamento de Geames Mac\u00eado Ribeiro do cargo, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requereu o bloqueio dos bens do prefeito e a sua condena\u00e7\u00e3o por ato de improbidade administrativa.
