O \u00a0feir\u00e3o segue at\u00e9 domingo, com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas das maiores imobili\u00e1rias e construtoras que atuam no mercado maranhense e apoio do Conselho Regional dos Corretores de Im\u00f3veis (Creci-MA). Nos quatro dias do evento, ser\u00e3o ofertados cerca de 3 mil im\u00f3veis para negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Montaram <em>stand<\/em> no 4\u00b0 Festival de Im\u00f3veis as construtoras Ergus Engenharia, Escudo, MRV, Planej Constru\u00e7\u00f5es e imobili\u00e1rias como Masa e Fabiano de Paula.<\/p>\n<p>Realizado\u00a0na segunda data mais importante para o com\u00e9rcio, o Dia das M\u00e3es, e no momento em que o Governo Federal libera mais uma etapa do pagamento a trabalhadores com contas inativas do Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS), o 4\u00ba Festival de Im\u00f3veis oferece, principalmente, im\u00f3veis da linha de financiamento do programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, que contempla fam\u00edlias com renda de tr\u00eas a 10 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi aberto, na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (11), no piso principal do Rio Anil Shopping, o 4\u00b0 Festival de Im\u00f3veis.
