Al\u00e9m de criar incentivos fiscais para eventos, empreendimentos e neg\u00f3cios, a lei promulgada por Astro gera emprego e renda<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Foi promulgada, no dia 7 de mar\u00e7o, pelo presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Astro de Ogum (PR), a lei que cria o \u201cPrograma de Incentivos, Eventos, Empreendimentos e Neg\u00f3cios \u2013 denominado de Pr\u00f3-S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds\u201d. A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o publicada essa semana, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio (DOM), conta com 17 artigos. Como o dispositivo n\u00e3o foi sancionado pelo prefeito Edivaldo J\u00fanior (PDT), coube ao chefe do Legislativo Municipal promulgar a lei.<\/p>\n

A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, resultante do Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 130\/2016, de autoria da vereadora Rose Sales, explicita como deve ser a compet\u00eancia para o ordenamento das atividades econ\u00f4micas e urbanas, a inser\u00e7\u00e3o formal de m\u00e3o de obra ociosa no mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n

“O Programa Pr\u00f3-S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds engloba, eventos, empreendimentos e neg\u00f3cios, com o intuito de simplificar os tramites administrativos, identificar e mapear \u00e1reas de especial interesse do munic\u00edpio \u00e0s empresas que desenvolvam atividades na \u00e1rea de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil; constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil pesada, engenharia eletr\u00f4nica; metalurgia; transportes de cargas e log\u00edstica empresarial; a\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1ria de carga e descarga de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s; engenharia de seguran\u00e7a do trabalho; gest\u00e3o e engenharia ambiental, oportunizando a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o-de-obra local”, afirma o paragrafo I, do artigo 1\u00ba da lei.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de criar os incentivos fiscais para eventos, empreendimentos e neg\u00f3cios, o dispositivo promulgado pela C\u00e2mara tamb\u00e9m visa gerar novos empregos e renda, priorizando a m\u00e3o-de-obra local da capital maranhense.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
