pol\u00edtica<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-43171\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2017\/07\/mulheres-politica.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"100\" \/>A Procuradoria Regional Eleitoral no Maranh\u00e3o (PRE\/MA) representou contra o Partido Democr\u00e1tico Trabalhista (PDT), Partido Ecol\u00f3gico Nacional (PEN), Partido da Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional (PMN), Partido Progressista (PP), Partido Republicano Brasileiro (PRB), Partido Social Democr\u00e1tico (PSD), Partido da Social Democracia Brasileira (PSDB), Partidos dos Trabalhadores (PT), Partido Podemos (PODE, antigo Partido Trabalhista Nacional, PTN) e Partido Verde (PV) junto ao Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Maranh\u00e3o (TRE\/MA) por n\u00e3o promoverem a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher na pol\u00edtica em suas propagandas partid\u00e1rias gratuitas durante o primeiro semestre de 2017 no estado do Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Procuradoria, foi constatado que, nesse per\u00edodo, os 10 partidos n\u00e3o reservaram o tempo m\u00ednimo de 20% do programa e das inser\u00e7\u00f5es para incentivo da participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina na pol\u00edtica, conforme previsto por lei.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o procurador regional eleitoral no Maranh\u00e3o, Pedro Henrique Oliveira Castelo Branco, e seu substituto, Galti\u00eanio da Cruz Paulino, autores das a\u00e7\u00f5es, \u201cn\u00e3o basta ao partido exibir figuras femininas em sua propaganda\u201d, \u00e9 exigido que o conte\u00fado da propaganda promova e difunda a participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica feminina, o que pode ser atendido de duas formas: por meio da veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado que conclame as mulheres a participarem da pol\u00edtica; e da difus\u00e3o do engajamento feminina na pol\u00edtica, com a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da atua\u00e7\u00e3o de suas filiadas. \u201cVale dizer, ent\u00e3o, n\u00e3o ser bastante que a propaganda seja apresentada por uma filiada, porquanto esta, na hip\u00f3tese, em nada se diferenciaria de uma apresentadora\u201d, explicaram os procuradores.<\/p>\n<p>Por descumprimento da a\u00e7\u00e3o afirmativa que visa reduzir o descompasso de g\u00eanero existente no cen\u00e1rio pol\u00edtico, a PRE\/MA pediu que o direito de transmiss\u00e3o de propaganda de
