Ele denunciou que o propriet\u00e1rio da empresa Loccenter, acompanhado de jagun\u00e7os, na tarde da \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, (26), com sua caminhonete, caminh\u00e3o e container estava tentando murar terreno vizinho ao canal da \u00e1rea Cohab-Cohatrac.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4399\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4399\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/2012\/06\/27\/pereirinha-denuncia-obra-irregular-e-ameacado-e-registra-ocorrencia\/pereirinha\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4399\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4399\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2012\/06\/pereirinha-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4399\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pereirinha se diz v\u00edtima de amea\u00e7a<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>O mais grave, segundo Pereirinha, \u00e9 que o propriet\u00e1rio da Loccenter alegava ser propriet\u00e1rio do referido terreno, \u201ce o mais estarrecedor \u00e9 que ele apresentou uma documenta\u00e7\u00e3o forjada, registrada no cart\u00f3rio de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Ribamar, al\u00e9m de contar com a aquisc\u00eancia de um funcion\u00e1rio da prefeitura, mais precisamente da Blitz Urbana, que conseguimos identificar pelo nome de Welington, dando toda cobertura \u00e0 irregularidade\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ao tomar conhecimento do fato, Pereirinha entrou em contato com o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Obras e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos, Marco Aur\u00e9lio Freitas, para inform\u00e1-lo sobre o que estava acontecendo. Tamb\u00e9m foi contatado \u201co Ricardo Medeiros (diretor da Blitz Urbana) e o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Urbanismo, Domingos Brito\u201d, completou. Cientificadas, as autoridades flagraram a irregularidade. \u201cO funcion\u00e1rioa da Blitz Urbana que dava cobertura \u00e0 ilegalidade ser\u00e1 punido exemplarmente, como me foi comunicado\u201d, assinalou o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amea\u00e7ado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pereirinha contou ainda que na mesma tarde recebeu amea\u00e7a por telefone e imediatemente registrou ocorr\u00eancia policial.
