O renomado Chef de cozinha, Luciano Rosa, que assina a gastronomia do Spazzio Mateus, vai representar o Maranh\u00e3o em um dos eventos internacionais mais importantes do segmento, o Encontro Mundial de Chefs. O evento vai ser realizado em Guararema-SP, entre os dias 21 e 24 de setembro. Os mais destacados profissionais da \u00e1rea ao redor do planeta v\u00e3o se reunir para discutir, entre outras quest\u00f5es, o futuro da chamada gastronomia sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

No Encontro, Luciano Rosa vai apresentar exemplos de como as ra\u00edzes locais podem ser valorizadas em prepara\u00e7\u00f5es sofisticadas e vanguardistas. \u201cElementos t\u00edpicos de um povo e tra\u00e7os da cultura s\u00e3o valorizados quando os ingredientes mais marcantes s\u00e3o utilizados como refer\u00eancias no preparo de um prato. \u00c9 a reiven\u00e7\u00e3o, com um novo olhar, uma nova leitura, mas com o DNA preservado\u201d, destaca o Chef.<\/p>\n

Carreira impec\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/p>\n

O Chef Luciano Rosa tem gosto requintado, olhar atento e paladar apurado, al\u00e9m de uma carreira memor\u00e1vel. Natural de Ourinhos-SP, o Chef Executivo do Spazzio tomou gosto pela culin\u00e1ria ainda na inf\u00e2ncia, por influ\u00eancia da m\u00e3e, a quem ele ajudava nas tarefas dom\u00e9sticas. Profissional dedicado, Luciano fez especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em Gelateria e Comida Francesa, na Europa. Por 11 anos, Luciano Rosa ocupou o posto de Chef Executivo na Unilever, gigante da ind\u00fastria aliment\u00edcia. Em 2001, Luciano representou o Brasil na Copa Mundial de Gastronomia, na Espanha, onde ficou em 2\u00ba lugar.<\/p>\n

Entre as grandes realiza\u00e7\u00f5es, no Brasil, o Chef participou da montagem do card\u00e1pio dos Papas Jo\u00e3o Paulo II e Bento XVI, durante as visitas dos pont\u00edfices ao pa\u00eds. No Maranh\u00e3o h\u00e1 5 anos, Luciano Rosa \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por toda a \u00e1rea gastron\u00f4mica do Grupo Mateus.<\/p>\n

Encontro mundial<\/strong><\/p>\n

O Encontro in\u00e9dito foi lan\u00e7ado em S\u00e3o Paulo, em junho deste ano. O evento, cujo tema ser\u00e1 \u201cCompartilhando Conhecimento\u201d, foi idealizado pelo conceituado Chef Luiz Farias, gerente Nacional de Servi\u00e7os e Atendimento ao Cliente da Bunge Brasil. O objetivo \u00e9 debater o futuro de uma gastronomia mais sustent\u00e1vel e respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Temas como o custo da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ao planeta e sustentabilidade por meio dos ingredientes ser\u00e3o debatidos durante os quatro dias do evento, que acontece no Guararema Parque Hotel Resort, em Guararema, cidade paulistana que respira responsabilidade social e ambiental.<\/p>\n

O encontro reunir\u00e1 importantes nomes da gastronomia brasileira e internacional, al\u00e9m de representantes da ind\u00fastria de alimentos, produtores, escolas de gastronomia e outros profissionais da \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n
