Gil Cutrim entregou aos professores a decis\u00e3o judicial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A desembargadora Cleonice Freire, em decis\u00e3o proferida nesta sexta-feira (22), concedeu tutela antecipada, fruto de a\u00e7\u00e3o rescis\u00f3ria interposta no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o pelo escrit\u00f3rio Cutrim & Lima Advogados Associados, de propriedade do advogado Gil Cutrim, tornando sem efeito senten\u00e7a do ju\u00edzo de 1\u00ba grau que exonerou 106 professores da rede municipal de ensino de Cantanhede.<\/p>\n

Com a senten\u00e7a, os docentes ter\u00e3o que ser reincorporados as suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es pela prefeitura da cidade.<\/p>\n

\u201cOs professores me procuraram, pediram minha ajuda. S\u00e3o pais e m\u00e3es de fam\u00edlia que estavam vivendo um verdadeiro mart\u00edrio. Felizmente, a Justi\u00e7a prevaleceu\u201d, disse Gil Cutrim, que \u00e9 ex-prefeito de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Ribamar e ex-presidente da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (Famem).<\/p>\n

Ele esteve em Cantanhede nesta tarde comemorando a vit\u00f3ria judicial
\ncom os educadores, estudantes e popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o da desembargadora tornou sem efeito senten\u00e7a do juiz Frederico Feitosa de Oliveira, da Comarca de Cantanhede, e que foi homologada pela Quarta C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

A referida senten\u00e7a, resultado de a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica movida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, anulou a segunda fase do concurso p\u00fablico realizado pela prefeitura de Cantanhede em 2009.<\/p>\n

Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o disso, 106 professores aprovados foram exonerados pelo governo municipal, o que gerou uma s\u00e9rie de protestos promovidos pela sociedade civil organizada do munic\u00edpio e estava comprometendo o ano letivo dos alunos.<\/p>\n

No entanto, a desembargadora acolheu os argumentos da defesa dos professores, que provou que o certame n\u00e3o poderia ser totalmente anulado em virtude do MP ter detectado suposta fraude praticada por apenas dois candidatos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
