Pleno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o escolher\u00e1 novo presidente, vice e corregedor da corte<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ser\u00e1 eleita, nesta quarta-feira (4), a mesa diretora que vai comandar o Judici\u00e1rio estadual no bi\u00eanio 2018\/2019. A elei\u00e7\u00e3o para os cargos de presidente, vice-presidente e corregedor-geral ocorrer\u00e1 na Sess\u00e3o Plen\u00e1ria Administrativa, a partir das 9h, na sala das Sess\u00f5es Plen\u00e1rias do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o (TJMA). A posse da nova mesa diretora se dar\u00e1 em dezembro deste ano.<\/p>\n

O plen\u00e1rio eleger\u00e1 os ocupantes da mesa diretora por maioria de seus membros efetivos. A elei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada por vota\u00e7\u00e3o secreta, dentre os membros mais antigos, em n\u00famero correspondente ao dos cargos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o, para mandato de dois anos, sendo vedada a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o e o exerc\u00edcio de mais de dois cargos da mesa.<\/p>\n

O Regimento Interno do TJMA estabelece qu\u00f3rum de dois ter\u00e7os dos membros da Corte para a elei\u00e7\u00e3o. O par\u00e1grafo 3\u00ba do artigo 89 do Regimento diz que \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo, salvo recusa manifestada antes da elei\u00e7\u00e3o. Nesta situa\u00e7\u00e3o ou em caso de inelegibilidade, ser\u00e3o chamados a compor a rela\u00e7\u00e3o os desembargadores mais antigos, em n\u00famero igual ao dos cargos a serem preenchidos.<\/p>\n

Elei\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para cada cargo, ser\u00e1 feita uma vota\u00e7\u00e3o e considerado eleito o desembargador que obtiver a maioria absoluta dos votos dos presentes. Se nenhum dos magistrados eleg\u00edveis obtiver a maioria absoluta, haver\u00e1 novo escrut\u00ednio entre os dois mais votados. Em caso de empate, ser\u00e1 feita mais uma vota\u00e7\u00e3o e, persistindo o empate, ser\u00e1 considerado eleito o mais antigo.<\/p>\n

Cada elei\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 c\u00e9dula pr\u00f3pria, na qual ser\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos, na ordem decrescente de antiguidade, os nomes dos desembargadores que concorrer\u00e3o ao cargo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Lei Complementar n\u00ba 131\/2010, a elei\u00e7\u00e3o para a mesa diretora do Tribunal se d\u00e1 na primeira quarta do m\u00eas de outubro. A posse ocorre sempre na terceira sexta-feira do m\u00eas de dezembro \u2013 neste ano de 2017, o dia 15 de dezembro.<\/p>\n

Atualmente, a mesa diretora do Judici\u00e1rio maranhense \u00e9 composta pelos desembargadores Cleones Carvalho Cunha (presidente), Maria das Gra\u00e7as Duarte (vice-presidente) e Anildes Chaves Cruz (corregedora-geral da Justi\u00e7a).<\/p>\n
