Por se tratar de crime hediondo, a tempor\u00e1ria tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 30 dias, a contar da data da pris\u00e3o que ocorreu no \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado, dia 04 de novembro.<\/p>\n<p>Participaram da audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, no F\u00f3rum Des.
