{"id":47775,"date":"2018-01-02T12:37:51","date_gmt":"2018-01-02T15:37:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=47775"},"modified":"2018-01-02T12:37:51","modified_gmt":"2018-01-02T15:37:51","slug":"othelino-assume-de-forma-automatica-presidencia-da-al","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/othelino-assume-de-forma-automatica-presidencia-da-al\/","title":{"rendered":"Othelino assume de forma autom\u00e1tica a presid\u00eancia da AL"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_47776\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47776\" style=\"width: 448px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-47776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2018\/01\/othelino-efetivado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"299\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-47776\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Othelino Neto foi efetivado presidente da AL com a morte de Humberto Coutinho<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Com a morte do presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Humberto Coutinho (PDT), o deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB) assumiu, de forma autom\u00e1tica e definitiva, a Presid\u00eancia da Assembleia Legislativa, sem necessidade de posse.<\/p>\n<p>A ascens\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica ocorreu por conta do Projeto de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Legislativa n\u00ba 049\/2017, que alterou as regras de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de cargos vagos na Mesa Diretora.<\/p>\n<p>A ascens\u00e3o \u00e9 autom\u00e1tica, de acordo com o Regimento Interno da Casa, sem necessidade de posse, tamb\u00e9m para os demais vices.
