Segundo Alessandro Almeida, at\u00e9 o final do ano de 2018, a MRV investir\u00e1 mais de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es para o lan\u00e7amento de 1.271 unidades habitacionais em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds com Valor Geral de Vendas (VGV) potencial de R$ 202 milh\u00f5es. Com esse investimento a empresa projeta chegar em 2018 com um aumento de mais de 10% na sua for\u00e7a de trabalho na localidade.<\/p>\n

De acordo com os resultados operacionais de 2017, as vendas contratadas da MRV no Maranh\u00e3o alcan\u00e7aram a marca de R$ 40,8 milh\u00f5es nos primeiros nove meses do ano, esse resultado refor\u00e7a ainda mais a import\u00e2ncia do estado na opera\u00e7\u00e3o da construtora. Alessandro afirma que o momento atual est\u00e1 prop\u00edcio para a compra de terrenos e a empresa conta com um land bank muito robusto no estado. O executivo ressalta que o mercado de im\u00f3veis econ\u00f4micos ainda \u00e9 muito carente e o funding dos clientes da MRV \u00e9 o Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS) com financiamento das faixas 1,5, 2 e 3 do programa habitacional do governo Federal, o Minha Casa, Minha Vida, cujas regras mant\u00e9m condi\u00e7\u00f5es excepcionais para o financiamento do primeiro im\u00f3vel, com juros abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o. O Minha Casa, Minha Vida est\u00e1 sendo uma inje\u00e7\u00e3o de adrenalina para a empresa que j\u00e1 tem hoje um a cada 200 brasileiros morando em um im\u00f3vel constru\u00eddo pela MRV.<\/p>\n
