Astro disse que todos os problemas enfrentados foram encontrados e que sua luta \u00e9 para super\u00e1-los<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Luis, vereador Astro de Ogum (PR), reuniu os servidores, na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (26), no plen\u00e1rio daquela casa parlamentar, para anunciar que, conforme acordo firmado com o juiz titular da Vara de Interesses Difusos e Coletivos da capital, Douglas de Melo Martins, ir\u00e1 introduzir uma s\u00e9rie de mudan\u00e7as no \u00e2mbito administrativo do Legislativo da capital.<\/p>\n

Dentre as mudan\u00e7as, constam a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do ponto eletr\u00f4nico, recadastramento de todos os servidores, al\u00e9m da adequa\u00e7\u00e3o ao Portal da Transpar\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o assinada pelo magistrado homologou acordo firmado em A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica proposta pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MP) contra o Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Astro de Ogum (PR), se disse disposto a acertar todas as pend\u00eancias que ainda restam na C\u00e2mara de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n

\u201cA instala\u00e7\u00e3o do ponto eletr\u00f4nico \u00e9 uma necessidade, j\u00e1 que vai corrigir distor\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, afirmou o dirigente da C\u00e2mara, lembrando aos seus servidores que vem adotando uma pol\u00edtica de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do funcionalismo desde que assumiu o comando da Casa.<\/p>\n

Astro de Ogum lembrou que um dos principais problemas que encontrou na C\u00e2mara, diz respeito \u00e0 aposentadoria dos funcion\u00e1rios. \u201dTinha servidor beirando os 80 anos, mas ainda no quadro efetivo. Realizamos um levantamento e conseguimos, em acordo com o IPAM, aposentar estas pessoas\u201d, assinalou.<\/p>\n

Respondendo \u00e0s indaga\u00e7\u00f5es de diversos funcion\u00e1rios, Astro disse que todos os problemas enfrentados foram encontrados e que sua luta \u00e9 para super\u00e1-los. Ele afirmou que sua equipe t\u00e9cnica j\u00e1 est\u00e1 debru\u00e7ada em estudos t\u00e9cnicos, para estabelecer remunera\u00e7\u00e3o justa para aqueles que realmente trabalham e que apresentam qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica de acordo com suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
