Para ele, o pr\u00e9dio da Secretaria Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes (SMTT), no bairro Maranh\u00e3o Novo, n\u00e3o disp\u00f5e de estrutura adequada para acomodar as pessoas que procuram o \u00f3rg\u00e3o para contestar as autua\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Marcial mostrou-se preocupado com as sucessivas den\u00fancias que vem recebendo em seu gabinete e acompanhado pela imprensa de motoristas autuados em duplicidade e at\u00e9 em maior quantidade pelos equipamentos de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica de tr\u00e2nsito rec\u00e9m-instalados na capital.<\/p>\n<p>O vereador citou o caso de um cidad\u00e3o da iniciativa privada, cuja identidade preferiu n\u00e3o revelar, que recebeu, s\u00f3 nesta semana, nada menos do que 18 autua\u00e7\u00f5es em seu endere\u00e7o, todas elas indevidas, pois indicavam, quase sempre, o mesmo hor\u00e1rio e o mesmo local para as infra\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Ao sair em defesa do interesse da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, Marcial apela \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal para que suspenda a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica, que, na opini\u00e3o dele, \u00e9 falha.
