Em nota, a Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos S.A., que opera as vagas para ve\u00edculos no shopping, assegura que cumpre a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Em mat\u00e9ria veiculada em seus canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e distribu\u00edda \u00e0 imprensa, no \u00faltimo dia 1\u00ba, informando sobre a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da perman\u00eancia com gratuidade de 15 para 30 minutos em estacionamentos privados de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, o pr\u00f3prio TJ ressalva que &#8220;algumas outras a\u00e7\u00f5es contra a mesma lei foram impetradas isoladamente por empresas interessadas. <strong>De acordo com a Diretoria Judici\u00e1ria, o efeito da decis\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria se estende \u00e0s mesmas somente ap\u00f3s a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o dos relatores&#8221;.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seguem a nota de esclarecimento da Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos e trecho da mat\u00e9ria jornal\u00edstica produzida pelo pr\u00f3prio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a em que a Corte Judici\u00e1ria confirma que o Rio Anil segue respaldado por liminar, at\u00e9 manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do relator da a\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>NOTA DE ESCLARECIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>A ADMINISTRADORA GERAL DE ESTACIONAMENTOS S.A., que opera no Rio Anil Shopping, cumpre a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, estando respaldada por liminar, concedida em 2016 pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o e revalidada em 2017, para considerar a toler\u00e2ncia de 15 minutos
