Fl\u00e1vio Dino \u00e9 acusado, em a\u00e7\u00e3o ajuizada pelo PRP, de fazer campanha eleitoral antecipada em evento do Solidariedade<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O Partido Republicano Progressista (PRP) protocolou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (15) uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o com pedido de liminar contra o governador Fl\u00e1vio Dino (PCdoB) e contra o Partido Solidariedade (SDD), legenda que realizou um evento no dia 12\/05 onde o comunista pediu explicitamente por votos para ele e para terceiros, o que \u00e9 proibido pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral (lei n\u00ba. 9.504\/97).<\/p>\n

O flagrante ainda foi transmitido ao vivo pela internet e ficou publicado na conta pessoal do pr\u00e9-candidato. O mesmo v\u00eddeo tamb\u00e9m pode ser acessado pelo perfil oficial do Solidariedade no Facebook (@solidariedadema).<\/p>\n

\u201cO ato do Representado Fl\u00e1vio Dino \u00e9 pr\u00e1tica desonesta, pois priva os outros pr\u00e9-candidatos de participar de uma elei\u00e7\u00e3o limpa, sem m\u00e1cula. \u00c9, a bem da verdade, um convite \u00e0 ilicitude, pois, se n\u00e3o houver puni\u00e7\u00e3o, a igualdade e a paridade de armas somente ser\u00e3o alcan\u00e7adas quando os outros candidatos se utilizarem das mesmas pr\u00e1ticas, ou seja, quando cometerem os mesmos il\u00edcitos perpetrados pelo Representado\u201d, diz a pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

A Representa\u00e7\u00e3o alega que os pr\u00e9-candidatos repetem o ato por manter o v\u00eddeo publicado nas redes sociais, usando as plataformas como verdadeiros com\u00edcios, violando as normas eleitorais. E pede que a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral determine a exclus\u00e3o das m\u00eddias de clara propaganda antecipada.<\/p>\n

\u201cDiante de todo o exposto e ponderado, requer que V. Ex\u00aa. Se digne de receber a presente Representa\u00e7\u00e3o e, initio litis e inaudita altera pars, conceda LIMINAR para determinar que os Representados cessem os atos de propaganda eleitoral antecipada e, para o fiel cumprimento da decis\u00e3o liminar, determine excluam das suas redes sociais o v\u00eddeo do ato pol\u00edtico-eleitoral il\u00edcito. Requer, a final, julgue procedente julgue procedente o pedido para condenar os Representados, cada um, a pagar multa no valor R$ 25.000,00 (vinte cinco mil reais)\u201d, pede a Representa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
