Dentre os muitos casos de viola\u00e7\u00e3o aos direitos do consumidor registrados em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, h\u00e1 a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de um mesmo produto a dois pre\u00e7os diferentes. N\u00e3o s\u00e3o poucos os estabelecimentos que praticam essa irregularidade, seja por falha de gest\u00e3o, seja por m\u00e1 f\u00e9. Na capital maranhense, este blog j\u00e1 flagrou, em mais de uma oportunidade, as Lojas Americanas cometendo esse ato lesivo contra seus clientes.<\/p>\n

Um exemplo recente foi constatado na filial da rede instalada no S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds Shopping. O produto em quest\u00e3o era um DVD do filme “Renimator”, cl\u00e1ssico do terror trash – filmes de baixo or\u00e7amento, feitos com custos e com qualidade inferior – dos anos 80, que narra a hist\u00f3ria de um cientista que desenvolve uma t\u00e9cnica de ressurrei\u00e7\u00e3o de seres humanos em laborat\u00f3rio, com desfecho tr\u00e1gico.<\/p>\n

Em uma g\u00f4ndola da loja, o filme \u00e9 vendido ao pre\u00e7o de R$ 9,99. Em outra prateleira, a poucos metros, o mesmo produto \u00e9 comercializado a R$ 12,95. Azar do consumidor que encontrar o item mais caro sem saber que pode economizar quase R$ 3,00. Importante lembrar que, nesse caso, confirme prev\u00ea o C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, deve prevalecer o pre\u00e7o menor.<\/p>\n

O blog faz um alerta aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de defesa do consumidor, principalmente ao Procon, que investe muito mais em a\u00e7\u00f5es midi\u00e1ticas, em detrimento da sua atribui\u00e7\u00e3o primordial de fiscalizar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e punir viola\u00e7\u00f5es como a praticada por uma das maiores redes de varejo do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
