Justi\u00e7a afastou Vanderl\u00facio por atraso da folha salarial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A pedido do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o, a Justi\u00e7a determinou o afastamento do cargo do prefeito de S\u00e3o Pedro da \u00c1gua Branca, Vanderl\u00facio Sim\u00e3o Ribeiro, em a\u00e7\u00e3o por ato de improbidade administrativa, devido ao atraso no pagamento do sal\u00e1rio dos servidores municipais.<\/p>\n

Na senten\u00e7a, o juiz Celso Serafim J\u00fanior determinou, tamb\u00e9m, que o vice-prefeito do munic\u00edpio, Gilsimar Pereira, assuma o cargo e que o secret\u00e1rio de Finan\u00e7as providencie, no prazo de 24 horas, o pagamento de todos os servidores do Munic\u00edpio com remunera\u00e7\u00f5es atrasadas, sob pena de pris\u00e3o em flagrante por crime de desobedi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

De acordo com depoimentos de testemunhas prestados na Promotoria, alguns servidores est\u00e3o sem receber desde o m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o. Em raz\u00e3o do atraso, algumas categorias decidiram entrar em greve, interrompendo quase todos os servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos do munic\u00edpio, inclusive sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o infantil.<\/p>\n

A promotora de justi\u00e7a Glauce Mara Lima Malheiros, da Comarca de S\u00e3o Pedro da \u00c1gua Branca, justificou o pedido de afastamento do gestor, por viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos princ\u00edpios constitucionais da legalidade, da finalidade e, principalmente, o da moralidade administrativa.<\/p>\n

\u201cO pedido de afastamento liminar, sem audi\u00eancia pr\u00e9via, justifica-se, devido ao fato de<\/p>\n

que o prefeito, como chefe do executivo deste Munic\u00edpio, estando em contato direto com a m\u00e1quina burocr\u00e1tica da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal, possa vir a influir na apura\u00e7\u00e3o da irregularidade\u201d, explicou a promotora.<\/p>\n
