O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral no Maranh\u00e3o protocolou duas representa\u00e7\u00f5es no Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Estado (TRE\/MA): a primeira contra Josimar Cunha Rodrigues e H\u00e9lio Oliveira Soares e a segunda, contra Josimar Cunha Rodrigues e Maria Dulcilene Pontes Cordeiro, a Detinha, todos pr\u00e9-candidatos nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2018, por terem realizado propaganda eleitoral antes do prazo de 15 de agosto, estabelecido no artigo 36 da Lei n\u00ba 9504\/1997.<\/p>\n

O pr\u00e9-candidato a deputado federal, Josimar Rodrigues, conhecido como Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho, esteve em Colinas (MA), no dia 05 de agosto, junto com o pr\u00e9-candidato a deputado estadual H\u00e9lio Soares, promovendo carreata com grande apelo p\u00fablico, sem controle de entrada e com ampla divulga\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais, com fotografias, v\u00eddeos e trechos de discursos, o que torna evidente que os pr\u00e9-candidatos tinham conhecimento da conduta.<\/p>\n

Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho tamb\u00e9m esteve em carreata no munic\u00edpio de Santa Quit\u00e9ria, em 10 de agosto, agora acompanhado da pr\u00e9-candidata a deputada estadual, Maria Dulcilene Pontes Cordeiro, a Dulcilene Belezinha. O ato p\u00fablico contou com grande participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos moradores da cidade e ampla divulga\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n

Nos dois casos, os pr\u00e9-candidatos afirmam que seria um ato de lan\u00e7amento de campanha, De acordo com o MP Eleitoral, no entanto, carreatas como estas, configuram-se como verdadeiro ato de campanha antecipada, que em nada se confunde com \u201cencontros, semin\u00e1rios ou congressos, em ambientes fechados\u201d, facultados pela Lei n\u00ba 9504\/1997, desde que n\u00e3o haja pedido de votos.<\/p>\n

A partir disso, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral, requer a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa, a todos os pr\u00e9-candidatos envolvidos: Josimar Cunha Rodrigues e H\u00e9lio Oliveira Soares e, novamente Josimar Cunha Rodrigues e Maria Dulcilene Pontes Cordeiro, de acordo com o art. 2\u00ba, \u00a7 4\u00ba, da Res. TSE n\u00ba 23.551\/2017 (art. 36 \u00a7 3\u00ba da Lei 9.504\/1997), em seu valor m\u00e1ximo, por conta da gravidade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s elei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
