width=\"450\" height=\"253\" \/><\/a>Em audi\u00eancia de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o realizada nesta quarta-feira, 19, junto \u00e0 Vara de Interesses Difusos e Coletivos de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, foi homologado acordo entre \u00f3rg\u00e3os de defesa do consumidor e postos de combust\u00edveis para que n\u00e3o sejam feitos ajustes, combina\u00e7\u00f5es ou fixa\u00e7\u00f5es de pre\u00e7os em acordo entre concorrentes.<\/p>\n<p>A concilia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 parte de uma A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica, ajuizada em 2015 pela Rede Estadual de Defesa do Consumidor Maranhense, integrada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Maranh\u00e3o, por meio da 1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Defesa do Consumidor de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Defensoria P\u00fablica Estadual e Procon\/MA.<\/p>\n<p>Na senten\u00e7a que homologou o acordo, os propriet\u00e1rios de postos de combust\u00edveis se comprometem \u201ca n\u00e3o influenciar, sob qualquer forma, os pre\u00e7os do mercado, abstendo-se de trocar comunica\u00e7\u00e3o sobre pre\u00e7os de venda com concorrentes, visando \u00e0 uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o, majora\u00e7\u00e3o ou manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os de revenda de combust\u00edveis\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Em caso de descumprimento do que foi acordado, ou seja, havendo combina\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os entre si, mesmo em ato isolado, ser\u00e1 aplicada multa no valor de R$ 300 mil ao estabelecimento que incorrer em tal pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>O documento esclarece que a apura\u00e7\u00e3o sobre eventuais descumprimentos ser\u00e1 feita pela pr\u00f3pria Vara de Interesses Difusos e Coletivos, que ir\u00e1 verificar circunst\u00e2ncias como: grau de reprovabilidade da conduta, impacto econ\u00f4mico, antecedentes e porte econ\u00f4mico dos envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>A audi\u00eancia, que foi presidida pelo juiz Douglas de Melo Martins, contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do promotor de justi\u00e7a Carlos Augusto da Silva Oliveira, dos defensores p\u00fablicos Luis Ot\u00e1vio de Moraes Filho e Rairom Laurindo Pereira dos Santos e da presidente do Procon\/MA, Karen Taveira Barros, al\u00e9m de representantes dos propriet\u00e1rios
