respons\u00e1vel pela gera\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas e inser\u00e7\u00f5es televisivos de todos os candidatos e coliga\u00e7\u00f5es no hor\u00e1rio eleitoral gratuito, deixou de veicular, na tarde desta sexta-feira (21), sem qualquer explica\u00e7\u00e3o, o programa do candidato a senador Sarney Filho (PV).<\/p>\n<p>Em vez do conte\u00fado de campanha do candidato da coliga\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;O Maranh\u00e3o quer Mais&#8221;, que lidera a disputa para o Senado Federal, ao lado do companheiro de chapa, Edison Lob\u00e3o (MDB), foi transmitida a informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que o programa n\u00e3o seria exibido em atendimento a uma determina\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.<\/p>\n<p>Questionada pela coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de campanha do candidato prejudicado, a TV Difusora argumentou, por meio do seu Departamento Jur\u00eddico, que o programa n\u00e3o foi ao ar por causa de uma decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral que vetou uma inser\u00e7\u00e3o em que a candidata ao governo Roseana Sarney aparece pedindo votos ao aliado.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo se tratando de conte\u00fado diferente, os advogados da Difusora alegaram ter interpretado que a determina\u00e7\u00e3o era extensiva ao programa de hoje, entendimento prontamente contestado, inclusive com representa\u00e7\u00e3o no Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE-MA).<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que o Sistema Difusora (r\u00e1dio FM, TV e portal de not\u00edcias) tem como arrendat\u00e1rio ningu\u00e9m menos do que o deputado federal e candidato ao Senado Weverton Rocha (PDT), figura de proa do grupo pol\u00edtico liderado pelo governador Fl\u00e1vio Dino (PCdoB), que concorre \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abaixo, trecho da representa\u00e7\u00e3o por meio da qual a coliga\u00e7\u00e3o de Sarney Filho requer \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral a veicula\u00e7\u00e3o do programa censurado e suspens\u00e3o da programa\u00e7\u00e3o normal da TV Difusora por 48 horas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
