O prefeito F\u00e1bio Gentil participou do lan\u00e7amento do projeto para as varredeiras do Munic\u00edpio<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O Centro de Refer\u00eancia em Sa\u00fade do Trabalhador (CEREST) lan\u00e7ou na manh\u00e3 dessa quinta-feira (25), no Gin\u00e1sio de Esportes Governador Jo\u00e3o Castelo, o projeto Movimente-se com o CEREST para as varredeiras.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m das profissionais da limpeza p\u00fablica, compareceram ao evento vereadores, secret\u00e1rios municipais e o prefeito F\u00e1bio Gentil.<\/p>\n

O coordenador do CEREST, Eliel dos Santos, falou sobre o objetivo do projeto. \u201cO projeto abre a proposta de conhecer melhor as varredeiras e fazer uma an\u00e1lise da sa\u00fade delas a fim de articular estas a\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

\u201cO Munic\u00edpio tem procurado investir no respeito e humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e hoje, em especial, neste importante projeto do CEREST com essa aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e respeito direcionado \u00e0s varredeiras, estas trabalhadoras t\u00e3o importantes\u201d, disse F\u00e1bio Gentil, prefeito de Caxias.<\/p>\n

Dyeneer Moura, terapeuta ocupacional, explicou que o movimento de varri\u00e7\u00e3o exerce muito esfor\u00e7o sobre o ombro, com isso algumas posturas e pr\u00e1ticas podem amenizar os riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo CEREST elas v\u00e3o encontrar o profissional que precisarem e passar\u00e3o por triagem para avaliar se o problema \u00e9 ou n\u00e3o em decorr\u00eancia do trabalho, por isso convocamos essa categoria em especial\u201d, enfatizou.<\/p>\n

F\u00e1bio Gentil destacou aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e respeito \u00e0s varredeiras de Caxias<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

No evento de lan\u00e7amento aconteceram atividades sociais de maquiagem, fotos e gin\u00e1stica laboral, melhorando o bem-estar e a autoestima; no final do projeto ser\u00e1 feita uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de fotos.<\/p>\n

\u201cAchei interessante, pois as doen\u00e7as podem chegar a qualquer uma de n\u00f3s, por isso temos que nos prevenir, e aqui a gente se sentiu tamb\u00e9m valorizadas com esses trabalhos de beleza\u201d, destacou Cec\u00edlia Maria, varredeira.<\/p>\n

O Movimente-se com o CEREST vai acontecer em quatro meses, atendendo as mais de cem varredeiras atrav\u00e9s de um circuito com a equipe multiprofissional, onde ter\u00e3o atendimentos semanais, incluindo avalia\u00e7\u00e3o com m\u00e9dicos, enfermeiros, nutricionistas e outros profissionais de acordo com a demanda, al\u00e9m de encaminhamento para exames.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
