Ele lembra que antes mesmo de ter sido eleito vereador, atuou em algumas delas como parceiros, nos bairros da Cohab e Cohajap.<\/p>\n<p>Marcial Lima ressalta que quando o Comit\u00ea Gestor da Comunidade funciona \u00e9 muito bom. Mas observa que independente da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos moradores, o poder p\u00fablico (Poder Executivo) precisa cumprir o seu papel. Pra\u00e7as limpas, cuidadas com carinho e com infraestrutura representam valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do entorno e um povo bem mais feliz.<\/p>\n<p>Na capital maranhense, uma pra\u00e7a localizada no bairro Cohaserma, que se chama &#8220;dos Sonhos&#8221;, apesar do nome bonito, ficou s\u00f3 na placa, instalada em um terreno de uso p\u00fablico h\u00e1 dois anos. O vereador esteve no local para mostrar o abandono do projeto, que proporcionaria lazer, pr\u00e1ticas saud\u00e1veis e mais qualidade de vida \u00e0 comunidade.
