Hoje, uma das maiores demandas do atendimento presencial est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o de segunda via e pagamento de contas. Com o autoatendimento esses dois servi\u00e7os podem ser feitos pelo pr\u00f3prio cliente, sem a necessidade de esperar na fila, reduzindo o tempo de espera em at\u00e9 75%, para esses servi\u00e7os, oferecendo mais conforto ao usu\u00e1rio e mais agilidade nos atendimentos em que ainda se faz necess\u00e1rio a interven\u00e7\u00e3o dos atendentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adriano Pavezi, gerente comercial da BRK Ambiental no Maranh\u00e3o, comemora: \u201cAl\u00e9m da emiss\u00e3o da segunda via de conta, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel consultar quais liga\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o relacionadas ao CPF do cliente, verificar os d\u00e9bitos existentes, e realizar pagamentos no cart\u00e3o de d\u00e9bito de diversas bandeiras.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente o equipamento foi instalado na loja de Pa\u00e7o do Lumiar onde j\u00e1 funciona plenamente.
