Osmar Filho externou sua inquieta\u00e7\u00e3o quanto \u00e0 burocracia para abertura de novas empresas, cujo prazo m\u00ednimo s\u00e3o de 120 dias <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Em discurso proferido nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (11), na sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, o vereador Osmar Filho (PDT) afirmou que apresentar\u00e1 projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o instituindo a Frente Parlamentar em Defesa do Empreendedorismo na capital maranhense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da Casa, no seu pronunciamento, externou a sua inquieta\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 burocracia para abertura de novas empresas, cujo prazo m\u00ednimo s\u00e3o de 120 dias, al\u00e9m das dificuldades pelas quais passam os m\u00e9dios e pequenos empres\u00e1rios, que muitas das vezes s\u00e3o obrigados a fechar seus neg\u00f3cios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA falta de emprego \u00e9 um dos problemas n\u00e3o s\u00f3 da nossa cidade, como de todo o Brasil. Pensando nisso, a C\u00e2mara precisa evidenciar essa pauta como fator primordial para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pol\u00edtica de empreendedorismo e, assim, legislarmos sobre mat\u00e9rias que contribuam com o trabalho dos microempres\u00e1rios, para que estes tenham condi\u00e7\u00f5es de instalar novos neg\u00f3cios no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds. A cria\u00e7\u00e3o desta Frente surge justamente com o objetivo de estabelecer este cen\u00e1rio concreto\u201d, afirmou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osmar Filho destacou que \u00e9 preciso trabalhar de forma conjunta com as entidades de fomento ao empreendedorismo; e realizar uma grande mesa de debate com agentes como o Servi\u00e7o de Apoio \u00e0s Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae-MA); Federa\u00e7\u00e3o das Ind\u00fastrias do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (FIEMA); Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial do Maranh\u00e3o (ACM-MA); e demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os e institui\u00e7\u00f5es ligadas ao tema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cConclamo os colegas de Parlamento para tratarmos com prioridade este assunto, que gera emprego e renda na cidade. Vamos unidos discutir pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que estimulem a empregabilidade urbana\u201d.
No m\u00eas passado, vale destacar, gra\u00e7as a interven\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal, a Secretaria Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes (SMTT) instalou novos pontos de \u00f4nibus na regi\u00e3o da Pra\u00e7a Deodoro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A medida proporcionou um maior fluxo nesta \u00e1rea do Centro da cidade, beneficiando diretamente comerciantes da Rua Grande e adjac\u00eancias.

PDT Empreendedor<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osmar Filho salientou a relev\u00e2ncia social dos partidos pol\u00edticos como defensores da bandeira do empreendedorismo e a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o que os mesmo podem dar no que se refere a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e proposi\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas direcionadas \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o do desemprego no Maranh\u00e3o e na capital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ele sugeriu a instala\u00e7\u00e3o no Partido Democr\u00e1tico Trabalhista (PDT) de uma plataforma que repense a pol\u00edtica de capital empreendedor em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e comece a mobilizar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o na participa\u00e7\u00e3o de um tema que tem muito a ser debatido e aprimorado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
