Ele exaltou o trabalho dos banc\u00e1rios, mas observou que nem mesmo a compet\u00eancia e o empenho dos profissionais tem sido capaz de melhorar a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os prestados pela rede banc\u00e1ria aos usu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcial Lima citou como exemplo a ag\u00eancia da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica do bairro Jaracati, onde ele testemunhou, nesta quinta-feira (11), a presen\u00e7a de apenas um banc\u00e1rio fazendo atendimento ao p\u00fablico no setor de habita\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Eu estava l\u00e1 pessoalmente e presenciei o esfor\u00e7o do profissional para garantir o atendimento. Sobraram reclama\u00e7\u00f5es. Apesar do avan\u00e7o da tecnologia, o atendimento presencial \u00e9 importante&#8221;, ressaltou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O vereador criticou a gan\u00e2ncia dos banqueiros, que, segundo ele, s\u00f3 se preocupam em aumentar os lucros, enquanto os clientes sofrem. &#8220;Apesar de ser um assunto j\u00e1 tratado por diversas vezes, acredito que cresce o n\u00famero de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221;, assinalou Marcial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leia a \u00edntegra do coment\u00e1rio do vereador Marcial Lima: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Um abra\u00e7o!!
