Lei foi promulgada pelo presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, Osmar Filho<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

O munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds ganhou um importante mecanismo de disciplinamento das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas para a garantia dos direitos humanos.
Em solenidade realizada nesta sexta-feira (26), o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, vereador Osmar Filho (PDT), promulgou projeto de lei, de autoria do vereador Raimundo Penha (PDT), que regulamenta o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos Humanos e Cidadania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cerim\u00f4nia contou com as participa\u00e7\u00f5es de representantes de v\u00e1rios segmentos da sociedade civil organizada; al\u00e9m de agentes do poder p\u00fablico, tais como a secret\u00e1ria municipal da Crian\u00e7a e da Assist\u00eancia Social, Andrea Lauande; o secret\u00e1rio estadual de Direitos Humanos e Participa\u00e7\u00e3o Popular, Francisco Gon\u00e7alves; e a secret\u00e1ria estadual adjunta de Igualdade Racial, Socorro Guterres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a prefeitura poder\u00e1 dar posse aos conselheiros, que far\u00e3o parte de mais um colegiado respons\u00e1vel por articular a\u00e7\u00f5es direcionadas \u00e0 garantia dos direitos dos ludovicenses; al\u00e9m de somar for\u00e7as com outros Conselhos j\u00e1 institu\u00eddos, como da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente, Idosos, Mulheres, Igualdade Racial, dentre outros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTrata-se de uma reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade e uma necessidade do munic\u00edpio, que a partir de agora possui mais um Conselho devidamente criado\u201d, afirmou Raimundo Penha, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 autor da lei municipal que regulamentou o Conselho Municipal das Popula\u00e7\u00f5es Afrodescendentes (COMAFRO) de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A iniciativa do vereador foi muito elogiada. Para Francisco Gon\u00e7alves, ao criar o Conselho atrav\u00e9s do projeto de Penha, a capital d\u00e1 mais um importante passo e torna-se refer\u00eancia no que se refere a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o institucional direcionada para garantia dos direitos humanos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante fez Andrea Lauande. \u201cConhe\u00e7o o trabalho e a luta do vereador Penha. Esta lei \u00e9, sem d\u00favida, mais um grade avan\u00e7o para o setor social da cidade. Parabenizo tamb\u00e9m o vereador Osmar Filho pela sensibilidade em tornar este sonho realidade atrav\u00e9s da promulga\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, disse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osmar Filho tamb\u00e9m parabenizou Raimundo Penha pela iniciativa. Ele destacou que a C\u00e2mara, desde o in\u00edcio do ano, vem discutindo os temas que verdadeiramente interessam \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o e encontrando solu\u00e7\u00f5es para atender seus anseios.
